Lake Gairdner & Wudinna lunch

PRICE: TBC

WHAT IS IT: Depart Port Lincoln in the morning, fly north over the Eyre Peninsula farming country and observe the land as it changes to more natural scrub and red sandy soils.  See the Gawler ranges emerge over the horizon shortly before the spectacular colours and majesty of Lake Gairdner sprawl out all around you. From the absolute flatness, vastness and strikingly contrasting red ironstone islands dotted throughout the lake, we head southbound to the small rural town of Wudinna where you’ll enjoy a country pub lunch of your menu choice and a few cold beverages.  After lunch we track southwest to pick up the coastline at Waterloo Bay, where the beautiful township of Elliston resides. Following the constant changing vista of beaches and rugged shoreline of the west coast we fly past the picturesque `Oyster Capital of Australia, Coffin Bay before landing back at Port Lincoln
